This is a sharp, White Balsamic Vinegaris infused with the exquisite herbaceous essence of Oregano, to produce a classic Mediterranean flavor. The addition of Oregano will make this vinegar the perfect complement to a wide variety ofextra virgin olive oils, and will produce exquisite vinaigrettes. Some of our favorite EVOOs with Devo Oregano White Balsamic are: Eureka Lemon, Organic Persian Lime, Organic Tuscan Herb, and smoky Chipotle.
Notes: Remarkable in tomato based sauce recipes, such as marinara, puttanesca, and bolognese. Add a couple tablespoons Devo Oregano White Balsamic to each jar of home grown tomatoes when canning.
