A chunky pasta sauce made with Italian plum tomatoes, marinated artichoke hearts, olives, and a splash of Zinfandel wine. Or delicious Marinara makes an excellent pizza sauce, is spectacular in Eggplant Parmesean, and makes a wonderful topping for grilled or baked chicken and white fishes. We have also really enjoyed it along with a little white wine as a sauce for steaming mussels and clams, and in classic Italian Chioppino, a delicious seafood chowder.
